The IC, formerly known as the Isis Club, was founded in 2000 on Harvard's campus by a group of 25 women. From its inception, the IC has sought to bring together a group of Harvard students in order to create a social space that furthers the personal and professional development of our members, while also forming a community and network that improves opportunities for women at Harvard and in the world beyond.

The members of the IC are united together by an undeniable spirit of compassion, and a cherishment for our guiding principles of diversity, leadership, and friendship. We welcome potential members who share our mission to create a community that empowers and improves opportunities for women on Harvard's campus.
